Hey, remember when we all had to wear stupid costumes on the last day of the flower festival? Yeah, I woke up this morning and found mine hanging in my closet.

Thought it was just an eyesore at first, but now I'm officially convinced it's cursed. I've literally tried EVERYTHING to destroy it but it just keeps respawning in my closet like nothing happened! I don't want it in there! What do I do to get rid of this thing?!

Yikes, that is really terrifying, Hunter. This world never ceases to bring in weird surprises when we least expect it.

My outfit from the Flower Festival’s last day has made its way into my wardrobe as well and I tried to cut it up with shears as an experiment and it manages to respawn as if it never happened. How about trying to hide it in an unused area of your (tree)house?

Yeah, it is the strangest gift that I have ever received so far. And I thought being a ghost lady in robes who floats off the ground is the strangest thing that has happened to me.

I am not so sure about the guests accidentally finding costumes in strange places other than locking up the door to said area just to be sure. Maybe tell them that it is only for display purposes and not something anyone would wear everyday.

[Yikes. This guy must really hate that outfit. Ferran's costume isn't exactly something he'll wear on the regular, but it's not awful to just take up some space he was barely using anyway.]

Why don't you give it to somebody? That way you can get rid of it and help someone else out at the same time.

Tempting, but who would even want this costume? No part of it passes for anything a rational person would wear.

There are other [read: NPC] kids around town, aren't there? Maybe there's a girl who's wanting to live her flower princess dreams or something.

It's a fantasy world. I'm sure not everybody is worried about looking ready for serious business. Wouldn't hurt to try, right?

Okay, okay, scratch the display thing excuse then. I am pretty terrible in giving out suggestions at the moment.

Maybe you can try to give it to someone who would love to dress up like a flower fairy. That way, it won’t get wasted languished in a box somewhere and that person gets to have another outfit for them to wear.

Maybe you can shove it in the way back, forget about it until a few months down the road and try then? Or maybe you can try to give it to someone! What was the costume?

Was it the really gaudy flower one with the big rose mask? 'Cause that was probably the coolest one I saw [not to mention the one she has and caused mischief in!] and I'm pretty sure that there was someone going around pranking people in it.

Ohh... then nah, you weren't that person pranking people with glitter. They were in the rose one. I mean, you COULD use it to prank people and no one would know it's you! It's a great disguise.

You could make a mask, or ask someone to. I'm sure someone else has the same costume... you could be the Sunflower Twins or something!

Hm, I haven’t checked out every store in town so far, but I think that there is a shop that does accept second hand clothing not far way from Madame Blackbird’s shop. I would often pass by it during my walk to and from work everyday.

Cool. Might pay her a visit on the way back. Wanted to ask her about that mask I got from the Lindworm dream.

Yes, feel free to come to the shop at any time. She does have a great sense of design and style, so she will be happy to make the Lindworm dreamshift mask in no time.

Yes, I'm sure. Everyone got a costume that was just as ridiculous, anyway, so I'm sure everyone would understand it wasn't something you asked for.
