Nightmare energy is just another form of dreamotion energy, however as its namesake, it's solely based off nightmares. It's more destructive, volatile, and corrupts those exposed to it, and just like dreamotion, any individual can create it. However, it's only dangerous if you're exposed to it in great amounts and for extended periods of time. Having a nightmare or two will produce an insignificant amount, but were you to have nightmares every day then the worse it is.
