hey, did you guys notice the huge fruit tree that showed up near the new ocean? it's got big giant yellow star-shaped fruits growing from it that are called paopu fruit. they taste like a pineapple mixed with a pear. sounds pretty tasty, right?
there's also a legend back home about these fruits. i thought you might wanna know.

"If two people share one, their destinies become intertwined. They'll remain a part of each other's lives no matter what."i've always liked that legend a lot. i don't know if it's true for sure but it's nice to think that if you share one with someone really special to you that you can always be a part of each other's lives. if that doesn't sound like love, i don't know what is. it might be nice to try it with someone sometime, huh? go for it!

[She is not certain she is inclined to believe that herself. Perhaps there could be truth in the statement, however. At his inquiry, she tilts her head, though he can't see it. Beatrix is thankful for it, honestly.]
I am not certain. I was merely asking out of curiosity.
It sounds as though you have brought with you more stories than simply the other worlds you have visited. Admittedly, I have never seen a mermaid. I was not aware such things existed. At least, not in Gaia.

um, i hope you get a chance to try it one day too! it's really cool!
and maybe be careful if you're near the ocean then! there might be mermaids in there! don't get eaten up, okay?
[Sora, stop blushing!]

[She would almost call it a passion, but that word might not necessarily suit the situation.]
As for mermaids, I think I am more frightening than anything one will find in the ocean.
no subject
but you don't have to call yourself frightening! i don't think you're scary at all beatrix!

[In short, he benefits from her demeanour. Back home, no one would dare tangle with him out of fear of dealing with her, after all.]

i know i'm just really happy to know you. you're really awesome.

What a thing to say. I have been called many things, but I do not think 'awesome' is one of them. I suppose I must be thankful that I have struck such a fond chord with you.

ahahha i mean it's true! you've been really nice to me and you've taught me a lot too. you're great, beatrix. you shouldn't be surprised someone says things like that about you too!

I think you to be a rather miraculous personality as well.

[Plus now that he's older he isn't as naive about people scolding him for real things anymore. He does his best to listen.]
heh. thanks, beatrix. this world has let me meet a lot of different people and i'm glad you're one of them.
