Oh, I just took some naughty bear, seasoned and floured it, browned it, and added it to a pot with the vegetables and potatoes. The trick is to take all those lovely bits off the pot with a little stock and cook it down into a nice gravy, pour it over the veggies and browned meat, add a little dark beer and The Big Three Herbs, then cook it together very slow for a few hours.
The bonus is that the bear meat is already rather tender thanks to a number of applications of my warhammer.
