Hi everyone! Tifa and Eustace here.

Some of you already know that Eustace and I are getting married this winter but consider this our official announcement. And an invitation!

The wedding ceremony will be at the Corgi Tree at 2PM and will be closed to friends only. However, we will be holding the reception at 5PM along the Riverside and will be open to the public. Everyone is welcome to attend, even if just to grab a free meal. Directions are provided.

So, I've been wondering what kind of traditions you all have in your own worlds? I've never been to one before myself, so I'd love to hear about things you've all seen or done! Maybe even borrow a few to start out a few new Reverein traditions.



OOC NOTE: ALL characters are welcome to the reception regardless of whether or not they have CR with Tifa and/or Eustace! There will be a log will be going up on December 3 for this, so please look forward to it! Both Tifa and Eustace will be responding.

But he guesses they all come from different lifestyles and cultures... and he recalls a friend of his, now gone from Reverein, who wouldn't have had the fortune to ever see a wedding. He sighs to himself before trying to think of something else to write.]

Maybe this means we'll start seeing more of them after this.

Anyway, I'll be looking forward to seeing you there. And please, you don't need to bring us anything. Maybe some treats for the dogs, if you're feeling up to it. I know they'd love that.

I wonder if we could even make a starry sky... With shooting stars of course. But maybe something a little closer? Right over our heads... Or is that too much?

[Her mind is racing with images and ideas now!]

True. You know the day is coming up for you, so you'll always have that to look forward to, no matter what world you're in.

For now, I'm expecting to see you at both the ceremony and reception. And you'll be able to tell Shionne all about it when she comes back.

[She hasn't recognized him... Not yet, anyway, but she has certainly wondered who this new man is that's been there more and more often. Perhaps one day, she'll learn enough to put two and two together.]

Actually, I haven't yet. Still not sure what kind of dress I want, but it'll definitely not be as extravagant as all those feathers. I think I'd like something a little simpler this time around. Easier to dance in.

This place has become something of another home for a lot of us. It's nice to see.

[As much as she misses home, this place turned out to be not so bad in the end.]

But it is, isn't it? It's easy to forget that it's been that long. Having all these people responding... I didn't realize that I'd met so many.

Planning to write it all down in that book.

[Which is sitting on their bookshelf, waiting...]

What was your favourite place, though? Even if it wasn't for fun, I bet you still have at least one?

I guess we'll just have to wait until the wedding day to see. I'm excited to know what everyone decides to wear. More than my own dress, I think.

Packed, you think? Does that mean we'll need to save you a spot at the reception too?

Thank you for offering, by the way... It's a lot to ask, and I wasn't expecting anyone to step up. Was ready to go to the nearby bakery and see if they could, but having it done by someone I know makes it that much more special.

Oh? I'll be sure to have some extras on hand for everyone else, then.

What do they taste like, anyway? Just so I can prepare myself.

I see. Well, surprise! That someone's me.

You know, I heard a rumour from a little bird myself.

[starshower]

Right up until the wedding day. So plenty of time. If I can get my dress done in that frame, then I'm sure you two will be able to get something put together.

You're still going to match, right? Something with a touch of light blue would be perfect.

Of course I'm sure. Wouldn't have said so if I wasn't. If you're willing to come celebrate with us, that is.

But the only thing I'm going to need from you is for you to come and have a good time, okay? Maybe dance a little bit, too.

What were they like?

[starshower]

I do. Clover's still only a year old so she's very much a kitten who likes to do kitten things. Maybe I'll just bring her along and let her do what she wants. Which will probably be sitting up in a tree out of reach, looking over everyone or thinking anyone's dresses are toys.

[She tips her head at the cat's paw.]

Just wondering, though. What does "felicidades por tu matrimonio" mean?

That would be ‘Congratulations on your marriage’ in Spanish, it is the language that is spoken often in my country. I also assume that Spanish is not spoken in many worlds.
