That's... fair. From what I've seen of those 'Devil arms' weapons, something as simple as a shotgun can bear little resemblance to its more commonplace counterpart in terms of how it functions.
I wonder if we'd be able to make the same sort of thing out of Noctaere here. Probably not, especially if we're not lucky enough to have that weaponsmith present.
