Dream Catching

All right, I'm curious. How do people with tendencies towards them prevent nightmares here? I've only had some minor success with harnessing this 'dreamotion' energy, and I don't have access to the methods I tend to use at home.

(Those being various herbal remedies as well as simply loading up with caffeine.)

I suppose I could continue waking up before I can drop into the stage of sleep where one dreams most of the time, but it's stretching even my own considerable limits.

There should be some flowers around for that... if you've seen the power conductors, there should be some flowers around some in the shade. You can probably grab one or two, they tend to ward off nightmares. Dunno how well it'd work for you, but it's better than nothing, right?

What I mentioned about balancing those nightmares with positive dreamotion energy. Thinking of thoughts that are considered 'good' or 'positive.'

Having companions there to help isn't a bad idea either. I've learned that it's better to conquer such dreams with numbers. I could probably ask-- G'raha and Madhuri for additional advice since they have been here quite longer than I have.
