Its not all bad. Its getting better. And some places allow same sex marriage

you can always hang out with the greeks when you get home. most of them arent straight.

I'm aware it existed, but it was not something culturally acceptable in Japan, so it wouldn't have been anything big back then. At this point, mind you, I'm not sure anything has improved in that regard.

No one's complained, but we're not exactly overt about our relationship either.
