You came over to my house unannounced on Christmas. I'm reasonably certain that that's not something mortal enemies do, though I could be wrong.

I could revert to idle threats of strangulation I have no intention of carrying out, if that would help you feel better. Perhaps we could even collaborate on more topical promises of violence. I don't know if it's possible to kill someone with a pizza, but I'm sure if we put our heads together a means could be devised.
