Well, as long as you have a pouch with spices -- they're pretty easy to carry, honestly! -- you can just spice some meat and roast it over a fire, and it'll turn out pretty alright. Better if you've got something to catch the fat from it and baste it, but even if not, spices and meat is a classic for a reason!
