Subject: Local plant lady is thinking of setting up a(nother) garden and is looking for suggestions
Warning: Expect tons of plant nonsense and unhingedness from her (I’m so sorry)
Well it has been a while since I posted in here. For anyone who is new in here recently, hi my name is Isabela and I’m the owner and shop manager of the flower shop Madrigal Blooms.
So I was thinking about a project that I have been working on for some time. I know that we do have a garden at the Residential District where people can plant and harvest different types of fruits, vegetables and flowers but what I have in mind is a little different. I have been trying to see if I can start on making a garden where we don’t just showcase the best flora that Songerein has to offer but it also will feature plants native to our worlds. Maybe seeing something familiar from home could at least make being far away from our worlds and loved ones in a realm of dreams a little less somber. It’ll be seasonal in nature so each plant and flower species can have the spotlight on them every season.
In addition I have been trying to get some ideas of what I can include in the gardens. So far I have trying to incorporate flowers and leaves that are used for tea to enhance the senses but I’m always open for more ideas. If you have specific plant life you have been thinking of in your world, I’ll do my best to add that in. I could sure use all the help I can get for this one. Although I won’t mind having suggestions for me to consider to my shop’s offerings too.

Are you also going to think about putting buttercups there? I'm a buttercup myself!

Oh so you’re a mountain buttercup? Never gotten to see one before until, well, just now. I never got the chance to grow buttercups at home, probably because buttercups aren’t that plentiful in Colombia, but I will try to see if I can add some to the garden to start with.

Just don't let anyone eat a buttercup. They're poisonous.

Oh, I have certainly heard of cacti very much. They are among the plants I really love so much growing and tending to. Very prickly but resilient plants, normally grow in arid or warm environments. Some cultures even made them into tasty dishes as long as you can take out the needles and cook it properly. And while I’m not entirely familiar with the other plants you mentioned, I think that they can make for a great visual appeal. Better get started on researching more on them to be familiar with them.
Huh, poisonous buttercups? I know that not all plants are meant to be consumed by most living things and especially humans so I have a feeling that buttercups are not safe for any human to eat. Maybe our digestive systems are not made to handle such high amounts of poison. Note to self: make a sign that says ‘buttercups not safe for eating’ so everyone can get the message.

Buttercups aren't very healthy for monsters, either. King Asgore, the king of the monsters, once ate some and got really sick. He managed to survive, but I don't doubt that other people won't.
So! What have you heard about flora from any other person contacting you about this? Little old me is actually a very curious individual.

Oh dear. That must be a rough experience to unknowingly try out a poisonous plant regardless of your species type. At least he did survive the whole but it doesn’t hurt to put some caution signs to make sure that everyone will enjoy them in a safer way.
Apparently they were suggesting to consider bomb flowers and they, um, will explode if you try to hit them or have them come in contact with fire. I was suggesting about trying to harvest them with dreamotion energy as a test to find safer ways to get them minus the whole exploding part.

Maybe I can teach you how to use them while trying to find ways to carefully harvest bomb flowers.
