I know this is a difficult subject for some so please move along if it is for you. But for those of you who have been in wars or battles (formal or not) - how do you deal with it after?

At least from my perspective it's not over yet, but... I don't have to fight here. I don't have to be afraid for the lives of myself or those around me. But the blood is still on my hands. The battles I fought still took their toll. Nothing seems to help. I've heard 'time will help' but that doesn't do anything for me now, when I need help.

I don't normally ask for help, but I'm at a loss here.

So! That was an interesting adventure little old me had last month.

I was chasing those nightmare bunnies through the dreamscape. Felt like that mirror world we explored before, but more voidy. Anyways, I encountered puzzles! Did anyone else that chased after the bunnies get some fun puzzles to solve like I did?

The first puzzle took place in a labyrinthian maze where I had to find five orbs of different colors and place them on podiums in the correct order. Took me a couple different methods before finding the correct way. But that was only the first [part. Next, I had to push the podiums in the correct specific spots! 8/10 would solve again. Do you hear me dreamworld!? I'M READY FOR A GREATER CHALLENGE NEXT TIME! BRING IT ON!

Beyond the puzzle, there were noticeable amounts of nostilium and lots of things floating around. Including...

Something very weird, yet interesting! I followed the road until I reached a construction zone. A Tapir told me they got a liiiiiittle too hungry and ate the road and that it needed to be fixed before I continued on. What was even stranger were these Noctaere-ish or Nightmare creatures just casually waving to me and talking and chatting just like any sentient being would. No rampaging whatsoever!

But little old me wanted answers. I asked what was beyond here, and the Tapir answered with something vague and mysterious, like some edgy fourteen-year-old might say when they want to sound badass but turn out sounding utterly ridiculous and something bullies would make fun of people for. Including me!

"A delicious place filled with nightmares, ho ho ho."

And then I woke up and then a skeleton popped out and asked who phone was.

Anyway, onto my second topic!

Little old me is/was intended to be used as a vessel. And since the flower I inhabit is a vessel, I was mulling over an idea I had in my mind. Since I am a Vessel, it would be very easy for any Noctaere to be trapped within me. And once there, perhaps one would be able to converse with the Noctaere as one would converse a normal dreamer or dreamself or whatever!

Before you say anything, yes, I know what you're thinking. And I'm not stupid. If a Noctaere entered me, it would most likely transform me into a Noctaere... again... and I'd go on a rampage.

That's the thing. I need ideas on how to make it happen safely! I talked to Frisk about it, but they had no ideas. For someone with determination that outshines mine, they sure seem to have a laco of curiosity!

THat's what I ask of you. If you have any ideas whatsoever to make trapping a Noctaere inside of me 100% safe and foolproof, let me know right away.

okay so im really exited about this

but in a week itll be my first birthday!!!

i think... because time is weird...... but i know it was the first day of the sixth month when nina found me in the desert so since its going to be the first day of the sixth month here in a week im going to call that my birthday

so im going to hold a fishing tournament and whoever gets the biggest fish wins a prize and the runners up get special lures

and afterwards were going to fry all the fish and have a big dinner for everyone so even if you dont want to fish youre invitied to come have food you dont even have to know me i still want to meet you

also if you dont know how to fish im going to have spare fishing rods and i can teach you!! its easy! as long as you can be careful and not hook yourself you can fish

ill see you all there!!! were going to meet on the north side of the river near the theater house for prizes but you can fish anywhere as long as its a fish you caught that day

On May 5th of this year, it was my brother's 19th birthday. Or at least that's what I think it should be, if he were here.

I was lucky to encounter someone from his crew here, where I got to hear about his adventures in our world. But this person left and I couldn't hear all I wanted to know.

Lately I've been thinking about home again. I hadn't done so in a while because I actually really like this place! but I wonder how everyone back home is doing, you know?

What I'm saying is that I don't know what to do? Should I tell everyone how amazing my brother is? Should I talk more about my friends and crew back home? Or should I just keep trying to live in the moment?

I'm conflicted beyond belief.

Last time I used this method of communication, I got many helpful responses, so I'm hoping it will work again. During my time here, especially during the Flower Festival, it's been pointed out to me that I have difficulty... relaxing.

I don't know how to have fun here.

Normally, the things I do to have fun are chores. But given how small I am compared to everything and everyone, I can't do that here. I've been trying to master Dreamotion to change my size, but it's still a work in progress. My whole life, I've protected my village from dangerous creatures and intruders, so I've always been on guard and take things very seriously. But I don't need to do that here, and I have to admit, having this mindset isn't healthy.

Any suggestions are welcome.

A moment of your time, if I may.

I seek the advice of anyone skilled in the usage of dreamotion magic, most especially those who made use of their own kind of magic before arriving here. Anyone is welcome to contribute what they know, of course. I'll take any advice into account.

I've managed to grasp the basics of how everything operates here, though I've found that the spells I've attempted have been erratic and inconsistent in nearly any situation, even if emotions are not a factor.

My request? Pray tell me if this is aught you've experienced or even similar. Normally I would work alone to pinpoint and fix my own shortcomings, but [Something was written here and then quickly scratched out, replaced with:] ah, never mind that. I'd like to hear what others have to say on the matter.

Do you feel that, dear listeners? The warming of the temperature? Your sinuses starting to clog from all of the pollen? Yes, indeedy, it seems we're due for yet another spring in our charming little town! Though I suppose I should drop the "little" descriptor, shouldn't I? Reverein's grown quite a lot since our original arrival as this very radio station more than proves!

But you know what comes with April showers, don't you? May flowers! Though, in our case, the Flower Festival! As always, there will be an election for the Flower Royal Court to rule over the proceedings! This year there will be Day and Night Kings, Queens, Princes, and Princesses! Be sure to vote for those you see fit to wear a crown! And if you so choose, my microphone is available for anyone who might want to campaign for themselves or others! Simply send a request to me via journal or feel free to walk up and say hello if you see me out and about!

I myself plan to be among the performers as per usual, but I think I might be convinced to perform in a duet, not just playing solo. My fingers are itching to tickle the ivories again. I think if I could find a capable saxophonist, it could prove to be a rather nice change of pace!

Last but certainly not least, these large ears of mine have picked up that the Flower Festival won't be the only springtime activity poised to happen! Word on the street is that not one but two weddings shall soon be upon us, one of them being truly royal in nature! As to whom will be tying the knot, well, I think it'd be best to give them a chance to make the formal announcements themselves! Just don't keep us waiting too long, or I might be tempted to spill the beans myself! Ha ha ha ha!

In honor of the impending celebrations, I'll send you to the Pete McGuinness Jazz Orchestra's Spring Song!

Sorry to those that knew Reaper and I were planning to get married soon, we got to talking and ended up eloping rather than having a public ceremony. It's official as of this morning though, as official as it can get in this place anyhow.

We're still going to be throwing an after party at The Wild Harvest, but we figure that will be better done tomorrow so we've got time to cook up food. Whoever shows up is also welcome to bring a dish or two themselves.

Well it has been a while since I posted in here. For anyone who is new in here recently, hi my name is Isabela and I’m the owner and shop manager of the flower shop Madrigal Blooms.

So I was thinking about a project that I have been working on for some time. I know that we do have a garden at the Residential District where people can plant and harvest different types of fruits, vegetables and flowers but what I have in mind is a little different. I have been trying to see if I can start on making a garden where we don’t just showcase the best flora that Songerein has to offer but it also will feature plants native to our worlds. Maybe seeing something familiar from home could at least make being far away from our worlds and loved ones in a realm of dreams a little less somber. It’ll be seasonal in nature so each plant and flower species can have the spotlight on them every season.

In addition I have been trying to get some ideas of what I can include in the gardens. So far I have trying to incorporate flowers and leaves that are used for tea to enhance the senses but I’m always open for more ideas. If you have specific plant life you have been thinking of in your world, I’ll do my best to add that in. I could sure use all the help I can get for this one. Although I won’t mind having suggestions for me to consider to my shop’s offerings too.

Fellow citizens of Reverin, if you have a moment, there are several questions that I've been meaning to ask. If one wanted to study and observe the local fauna in earnest, what would be the best location to do so? And would doing so be considered of benefit to the community? I've encountered some that routinely work with the local creatures and familiars but am uncertain if any detailed surveys or studies have been done.

And on a somewhat related note, is it possible to regain abilities that were once exclusive to certain Dreamscapes and use them in Reverin proper? I thank you all for your time and consideration.
