Audio Broadcast | April 30th
Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen! Thank you for tuning in once again to 66.6 AM! This is Alastor, your resident Radio Demon!
We stand on the edge of a new month, folks! This time last month, we were a little town without a radio much less a station to tune into. Who knows what will happen next month or even if we'll still be able to chat like this? So let's make this a good show, shall we?
First of all, I've got an advertisement looking for volunteers! Satan is currently performing research into creating antidotes for the local poisons. Unfortunately, his current test subject has a bit too robust of an immune system for him to safely determine if it's his antidotes doing the heavy lifting or his brother's constitution simply shrugging off the poison. This does mean, dear listeners, that you will be expected to ingest the poisons in question so make sure that you yourself are hale and hearty before volunteering! For further details, contact Satan directly via journal or finding him around town.
In local news, another overall quiet week in our little dream world. The flowers seem to be somewhat under control, and it perhaps Princess Zelda's work regarding treatment for allergies is at least helping!
As I said at the top of the broadcast, there's no guarantee that we'll still have the radio moving forward. In the event that we do, there'll be a few changes to the program: specifically scheduling. As delightful as this little town is, that does mean that there's very little news to be shared and some people seem quite nervous about sending in an advertisement or sitting down for a chat. Can't imagine why! As such, if the radio does stay here in our lovely little town, the broadcast schedule will be adjusted to either once every other week or once a month with the potential for other broadcasts should there be any ongoing major events. Though I've got quite a bit of music stored away in my noggin, so it's tempting to play more of it for you listeners!
And speaking of music, in case this truly is the last broadcast for quite some time, here's Vera Lynn with "We'll Meet Again"!
