Do you feel that, dear listeners? The warming of the temperature? Your sinuses starting to clog from all of the pollen? Yes, indeedy, it seems we're due for yet another spring in our charming little town! Though I suppose I should drop the "little" descriptor, shouldn't I? Reverein's grown quite a lot since our original arrival as this very radio station more than proves!

But you know what comes with April showers, don't you? May flowers! Though, in our case, the Flower Festival! As always, there will be an election for the Flower Royal Court to rule over the proceedings! This year there will be Day and Night Kings, Queens, Princes, and Princesses! Be sure to vote for those you see fit to wear a crown! And if you so choose, my microphone is available for anyone who might want to campaign for themselves or others! Simply send a request to me via journal or feel free to walk up and say hello if you see me out and about!

I myself plan to be among the performers as per usual, but I think I might be convinced to perform in a duet, not just playing solo. My fingers are itching to tickle the ivories again. I think if I could find a capable saxophonist, it could prove to be a rather nice change of pace!

Last but certainly not least, these large ears of mine have picked up that the Flower Festival won't be the only springtime activity poised to happen! Word on the street is that not one but two weddings shall soon be upon us, one of them being truly royal in nature! As to whom will be tying the knot, well, I think it'd be best to give them a chance to make the formal announcements themselves! Just don't keep us waiting too long, or I might be tempted to spill the beans myself! Ha ha ha ha!

Apologies once again for missing out on our usual time together last week! I took a rather unexpected and deep nap! Quite a fascinating one, too! In my dreams I returned to Hell! How was it you might ask? Well, it's Hell, of course! Just the usual eternal damnation and endless suffering! But the truly fascinating part was I woke up in my bed there as if no time at all had passed while I was here...not that I remembered our little dream world, of course! A bit disorienting when I woke up here after a week while a far more significant amount of time had passed there!

Speaking of naps, I ended up not being the only one! Who could've seen that coming?! I hope you all enjoyed your alternate lives while they lasted! Anyone hoping to have ammunition for future blackmail or at least teasing, well, I hope you took notes! Ha ha ha ha!

And as always tends to happen once these particularly strange events occur, we have some new dreamers to add to our little town! Those of you that can hear my voice at this moment, congratulations! You've been randomly selected to spend Creator-knows-how-long in this lovely shared dream we call "Reverein"! Not everything is a dire emergency, I assure you! Why, sometimes the worst you need to worry about are odd weather patterns like raining starfish!

I myself have had the pleasure of being here for two and a half years if you can believe it! Came in with the first batch back when this was all just overgrown woods and the Dreambucks. Ah, simpler times! Now look at us living in the fast lane with other towns to visit and our very own radio station!

Speaking of which, enjoy the music!

[For a solid week, there's been nothing but static coming out of 666 AM as Alastor sleeps. (Thank you to people who showed up to get him in a proper bed!)]

[Then suddenly on February 22nd, the static begins playing snippets of songs that don't seem to be from the vast catalogue in Alastor's head. There's a line of hip hop ("Sorry, group attending - "), something that sounds like it should be starting off a Broadway play ("I can do this, somehow I know it - "), something gentle ("It starts with sorry."), something with an accordion, a song of desperate hope ("Now you're the only thing worth fighting for."), and snippets of other music that all blurs together before only one line can be clearly heard in Alastor's voice: "Oh, this will be fun!"]

Salutations! Good to be back on the air!

Apologies, Reverein, for my impromptu nap! Apparently, I had quite a bit of sleep debt to pay off! Ha ha! But not to worry! I'm not planning to nod off again any time soon!

To whoever put me properly to bed, thank you very much! That would've been quite a crick in my neck if I'd slept the entire week on the floor, but you really didn't have to leave such unique artwork behind!

Greetings. This is Black Raisin Cookie.

Let me just preface this, as I feel I will probably always have to do, that yes, I am a Cookie.

I've been here for roughly two months now, and one thing that's become very clear is that I am perhaps one of the smallest people here. For reference, I appear to be able to fit in the palm of the average human's hand. As such, many buildings and furniture and even food are massively larger than I am.

I am aware that Dreamotion can be used to master the elements, and depending on how it's utilized, can even change one's appearance. I'm still trying to adjust to Dreamotion through rigorous daily training. But I'm still very inexperienced with it. So my question is - can it or any other form of magic here be used to change my height?

I am not asking for a permanent solution. My size can come in use. But I have to admit, taking several jumps in order to reach a table's surface can be annoying. 

I also don't wish to tire out my Raisin Crows, who often fly me long distances. 

Speaking of them, if they've taken any loose hairs of yours, I apologize for their behavior. Christmas got them overwhelmed.

Within the intricate tapestry of our shared experience in this world bolstered by dreams, I find myself weaving a humble thread, seeking solace in the wisdom that resides in the bonds of our community. At this juncture, I pen my thoughts along the parchment of shared understanding, for in unity lies the strength to weather any tempests looming on the horizon, yet to beset us.

As the echoes of battle ring in my memory, it is clear that I cannot delay training, despite my insipidness. To clarify, my aversion stems not from the intention to undermine the value of such a skillset, but from the need to face my diffidence so that I may improve.

I respectfully ask those who are proficient in the physicalities of battle if you would be willing to share insights and advice on the intricacies thereof. I am one of your new arrivals to this world. I was given the standard "welcome", I suppose, but I find that valuable information comes more from the mouths of those who live and experience day to day life here than some strange entities. For example, my world did not have that odd holiday that was called "Halloween", and as a result, I attacked those who were merely pretending. Obviously, I wouldn't want such a thing to happen again.

I'm afraid right now I cannot give much in exchange for whatever information you wish to share. But during my stay here, I will do all that I can to protect the people from the real monsters and dangers here.

Subject: One Year Anniversary

Good evening everyone.

I haven't written in my journal for quite sometime. However tonight I'm feeling rather semimetal. It accord to me that this month marks my one year anniversary since being spirited away to this place. I can hardly believe I've been away for so long. I remember when I first arrived how badly I wanted to return. But now I... find myself wanting to stay. During my time here I have met so many wonderful new people, new friends', made beautiful memories that I fear I will lose when I eventually am forced to return.

I did return. Briefly.

Such an odd feeling. Waking up here as if my true home was the dreamworld. I am grateful that my memories of this place did not fade during my little vacation back to Hell. Which brings me to my query. Has anyone else experienced this? I am curious on how memories are stored while we're here. Perhaps there might be a way to retrain them once we leave.

Or, that is the hope at least.

[Admittedly, Thursday is an odd day to decide to start this on but after recovering from all that work in the reactor, Alastor is a bundle of energy and can't wait any longer.]

[Anyone who picked up a radio after Alastor's announcement last month will have their radio crackle to life at 8 AM on the nose with jazzy music and Alastor singing.]

I'm pleased to announce that Reverein's own radio facilities are now officially open! But as I always say, where's the fun in a radio with only one channel? Or one performer for that matter? So feel free to drop by and try your hand at ways to entertain your friends and neighbors, maybe just advertise your local business on the air for those who might know! Reverein is starting to get quite large, after all!

I'll be broadcasting on this frequency with news, interviews, music, and so on. Feel free to contact me either in person or via journal if you'd be interested in being on the air but aren't quite ready to jump into the pool with both feet. Or even if you just have a particular song you'd like to request!

Hard to believe that at the end of this month, it will have been two years since this little dream world started pulling us all into it. Quite a marvel, isn't it? I certainly hadn't expected it to last this long!

Now I'd hoped to have a little surprise I'd had planned for Reverein finished by our two-year anniversary, but our rather rude guest a few months ago pushed back several plans!

Back in Hell, I was often-times referred to as "The Radio Demon" due to my powers over the radiowaves. I've been working with Miss Madhuri and her charming husband on perfecting a means of producing radios here in Reverein, but I ask you this: What fun is there in a radio with only one channel? None, that's what!

I've been working with some of the people at the Observatory to develop the technology for others to broadcast without having to rely solely on my powers, and we're ready to begin construction on a brand-new radio station specially designed for Reverein! One of the advantages to a world of magic and imagination: No need to make a radio tower look like hideous scaffolding! Absolutely delightful! Perhaps someday more towers will be built to connect us to Dragon Island or even places farther afield!

The project should be finished next month, so there's plenty of time to get your hands on a radio of your own to hear the inaugural broadcast!

Subject: Sin Celebration Months?

Apologies in advance for my ignorance, but these large ears of mine overheard discussion of a month-long celebration of the sin of Pride. Flipping through previous journal messages, I saw someone's question regarding whether or not Reverein celebrates it.

Well, that got me curious because we haven't had any variant of King Lucifer appear in quite some time. If this were the Pride Ring in Hell, I'd understand it, but I'd no idea that other worlds filled with the living celebrated the Deadly Sins!

What months are for the other six? We used to have avatars of Greed and Wrath, so they might be flattered to have their month-long celebrations should they ever return. It never hurts to get on the good side of a Deadly Sin's avatar!
