Hello, this is Prince Hans of the Southern Isles. I've been informed that I've been asleep for the past month in something known as a 'sleep coma.' As such, I hope that explains my absence lately and I apologize for any missed dates I've had.

[Should he also apologize for worrying anyone? It's not something he feels accustomed to, especially not in a genuine manner. But apparently, there's been a couple of people that actually cared and. He doesn't know what to do with that right now, so he'll just continue writing.]

I'm not entirely sure how common such an incident is, but if anyone's curious, I'll do my best to provide details about the long sleep I was in. I'm just grateful that my body nor mind didn't degrade at all while in such a state.

[WHO SAID THAT-- okay it's true, it's been true for a while now. He's known that Ferran has counted him as a friend for a long time, but... guess it never really hit him until Ferran watched him for a month, making sure that he was okay.]

I've never had a friend like this before.

It certainly has its benefits. Who knows what state I would've been in if he wasn't there.

[Ugh, what a gross thought!! A prince waking up to his own drool... nothing like the fairy tales. Then again, he sort of ruined it by being a turd in the first place.]

That sounds utterly exhausting.

[Besides, now it complicates things a little if he wants to betray Ferran later for... power or something. Maybe he's secretly a little glad that there's little here to be tempted by.]

And who you calling different!! Okay, even Hans can admit that things for him are different now compared to when he first arrived. Getting friends, Queen Elsa giving him another chance for whatever reason, and just overall less murderous tendencies, if only because there's no reason to here. It's still something.]

i think i know you well enough to know you're the type of guy to help someone out instead of leaving them behind now. that's a pretty big deal.

[Going back to that incident, but Hans knows there's little point in denying that he actually helped Sora back a couple of months ago.]

But I suppose you would argue otherwise. I know that as well, Sora.

don't get me wrong if you do anything that a jerk would again I won't hesitate in saying you're being one! or stop you!

[Like, just for the record. He may have noticed the slight changes in Hans but he wouldn't hesitate in calling him out if he ever had to. But...]

but you know what? friends do that too. we make sure that we're doing the right things, and we don't let each other fall into the darkness.

When do you stop being friends with them? When they don't listen? Is that the point you'll reach before you give up on them?

I've said it before! i think everyone deserves a second chance, at least. and to find real friends. so that means you too, hans, that's the bottom line easy as that.
