What I need is someone that can read music.

Oh, have you met him? I do agree, his behaviours and mannerisms are... unusual at best, and bordering plain bizarre at the worst. If he is a reflection of how other bards of Mondstadt are like, it makes me wonder just how it is any of them get any sort of work done.

Unfortunately, he is also the only one I know here who is musically inclined. I do know of others who are familiar with music, but unfortunately they are not here. Nor do I remember enough about their talents to pass on their knowledge.
