Weirdly enough, I've been having a lot more nightmares lately. Mostly stuff that makes no sense and leaves me breathless; but also, there's memories, things I wish I'd done differently, and all kinds of other things.

I was not aware that a special holiday known as Halloween was coming up! To celebrate, I figured I should tell you one spooky tale from my world.
Have you ever heard of a story called A Hungry Ghost? They are spirits that linger into our world should they have done any terrible crimes when they're alive. Due to their greed, whether it is money or for something else, they are never satisficed. What a pity as their poor souls could not move into the afterlife. They venture in search of food. Makes me wonder just how long it'll be before they go after people too...
Although, should you want more spooky tales from Liyue? Feel free to let me know as I do wish to tell people a little bit more about my world! Nothing like getting into a spooky mood, no?

Much as I would like to begin by formally introducing myself, I am afraid a most pressing matter led me to pick the quill and put ink on this page. I need assistance with a truly difficult task: engaging in social interactions! (;;;*_*)
I cannot say much lest it reveals my identity, but my line of work is a solitary one that has caused me to become somewhat lacking in what people call "social skills." As such, I believe myself to not be what any sane soul would consider "pleasant" company. Someone as gloomy and evil as myself does not fall under the common conception of a "good person," I am afraid. (｡•́︿•̀｡)
Yet, I very much desire to make friend with as many of you as possible. Unfortunately, mine is a position of such importance, it would be unseemly to openly ask for help when I am supposed to figure out such thing on my own. Greetings, to all who may happen to read this.
I have been meaning to make this offer for some time, but the timing has been ill-suited. At the urging of trusted friends, I have decided to offer music lessons to any who may wish to participate— over the years, I have studied and performed with a number of different instruments that I would be more than happy to assist others with, should this be something they wish to pursue.
My expertise is in violin, but I also have significant experience with flute and piano. In addition to teaching these instruments, I would like to offer lessons in learning to read as well as compose sheet music. With the growth of the theatre district, as well as all the talents put on display at the recent Talent Show, I believe Reverein's climate is ripe for such things, and I do not doubt that there are others willing to offer the same in the interest of sharing their passions.
I will be gladly accepting students of any skill level, and if I can be of assistance to others who might like to share their love of the arts or offer lessons of their own, I would be honored to be of service. If you are interested in any fashion, please, you need only say so.

Can't say I mind this new locale very much. Would mind it a lot less if I didn't get separated from my brother, but if this place really is some extra elaborate dream thing, then he'll be fine.
So while I wonder if my nephew smacked me hard enough to send me here, I should make myself known. The name's Dante, the founder of Devil May Cry. We're guns (and swords) for hire who specialize in the supernatural and lemme tell you, we've seen a lot of weird stuff. Ancient portals to Hell reopening, cults using demonic power to pose as gods, blood sucking demon trees, we've handled them all. I ain't suggesting this is all demonic powers at play here, but it wouldn't surprise me.
"But Dante, you handsome devil" you're probably saying, "there's probably a few demons here already that are pretty cool. You're gonna offend them with this." And maybe I would, if I left it there. I've taken enough cases to know that not only are there good demons just getting by, but also bad people - human, demon or otherwise - manipulating who and whatever they can to get their way. Those are the people we kill. Like a Lady friend of mine once said: even a devil may cry when they lose a loved one.
I was just about ready to go into sort of retirement, but given the circumstances, I got at least one more job to do. Wanna collaborate? Chances are it won't be my weirdest.

During this time of year, many will offer flowers in tribute to the god of freedom! Yet, what is more important is the tradition of gifting flowers to those you love and hold dear. The choice of flowers can say a lot about a person's feelings! When gifting precious flowers to those you love and adore the carefully picked flower should be one that means something to you and that precious relationship.
While this time of year doesn't necessarily have to mean these gestures are romantic there is another tradition of sending your most adored one a love poem. A perfect time to be confessing your heart's song to the one who holds your heart! Ehe, isn't that lovely?
