Does anyone here know anything about destroying gods? How about stories from your world about spells or artifacts that could strip a god's divinity?
[Yes, that's the entire inquiry. Asura doesn't care for mincing words on this topic.]

[Hopefully it wasn't destroyed in the process of trying, but he's got some other ideas if so. Without any tried and true methods, the least he can do is offer that much.]

I don't guess there are any more war god bones lying around, either? Or god bones in general?

I'm guessing you don't happen to be really good friends with any of those gods, either?
[This guy—Asura was the writer?—would probably know about more options if he was, so he won't waste the guy's time on questions that probably go nowhere.]
I don't know if what we destroyed was a god, but in the last world I was in, it took the life force of an elder dragon, which was basically the equivalent in power, plus the sacrifice of a number of people to actually destroy her. The sacrifice wasn't physical, necessarily, but we had to give up something that was precious to us.

Damn, it doesn't sound like that's the kind of thing that would be possible to replicate using the dream world as a medium.
[That, and he would really prefer to not have to lay the burden of that power on other people such that it would require that kind of sacrifice.]

[And may it forever stay there and never bother him again.]
But there are a lot of powerful people here, even if they might not be gods, exactly. My thought would be if enough people contribute at least in terms of energy, maybe something so drastic wouldn't be necessary?
[Even if he's skeptical about their ability to use the dream world to affect their lives back home, he won't discourage anyone else from attempting. He'd love to be proven wrong.]
Apologies for the late tag, RL is being stressful right now
[Theoretically, he might be able to channel a small flow of that power into the dream world to help it dissipate a bit faster, but that would likely result in more instability. Still, it's worth considering if he can limit it to a trickle...]
me too, as it turns out :')
[He has more than a little bit of sympathy for the situation, especially given...]
I know what it's like to have a power eating you away from the inside.
