Hi everyone! Tifa and Eustace here.

Some of you already know that Eustace and I are getting married this winter but consider this our official announcement. And an invitation!

The wedding ceremony will be at the Corgi Tree at 2PM and will be closed to friends only. However, we will be holding the reception at 5PM along the Riverside and will be open to the public. Everyone is welcome to attend, even if just to grab a free meal. Directions are provided.

So, I've been wondering what kind of traditions you all have in your own worlds? I've never been to one before myself, so I'd love to hear about things you've all seen or done! Maybe even borrow a few to start out a few new Reverein traditions.



OOC NOTE: ALL characters are welcome to the reception regardless of whether or not they have CR with Tifa and/or Eustace! There will be a log will be going up on December 3 for this, so please look forward to it! Both Tifa and Eustace will be responding.

...Let's just say there were two that were made with official intentions. The second was with the ring.

[It was more like. Eight or ten, but while those were all meaningful, half were kind of vague, the other half kind of teasing after the official ones—]

Generally one is enough, you know. To the point that two is complete overkill, I mean?

[If he made Tifa sad about it he's fairly certain the guilt would kill him if Eustace didn't get to it first.]

Not that I would refuse. Anything I should know beforehand?

Not really. It's a semi-formal affair so don't feel as if you need to be too dressed up for it. Even though it will be in winter, it should be warm at both venues.

You're not going to have a bonfire or anything, are you?

No.

Okay. Cool.

[He can avoid like, fireplaces. He's getting... slightly better. About that.

Anything you guys have been thinking about wanting but haven't gotten yet? Just for general house things, I mean.

Then...if it's for the house, Tifa could always use some new cookware. There's always the dogs as well.

[He'll just have to ask Tifa, then! Don't think he won't.]

That's more like it. I can do kitchen.

[And maybe dog stuff, if he gives it some thought. The sheer number of dogs has to mean they could use more something or other, right?]

[Definitely ask her. And yes, dogs will be happy with toys and foods the more communal the better—]

Just don't get too bent out of shape about it. She'll like whatever you choose.

Yeah, yeah, it's the thought that counts, whatever.

[Funnily enough, the process is the opposite of stressful for Ferran. Gifts are how he shows his affection.]

Call me selfish for wanting to give something that's genuinely good.

[Maybe he just wants to give you a hard time, Eustace... but also he's really over the back and forth polite "oh no you shouldn't have!" mentality. He doesn't have time for it!]

Well it's not going to be any kind of struggle or burden on my part, alright? I promise.

Nothing I can think of right now. If I come up with something I'll be sure to bother you about it.

[As payback for sending your dogs to bother him a few months back, one of whom ended up very rudely hassling him with love. And slobber.

... he probably won't end up actually bothering Eustace, though.]
