Before Madhuri could comprehend she was dreaming with her Echo again, she leapt off a cliff and down, down into bitter cold that swirled all around her. As she fell, she felt the frost and ice growing over her skin, yet none of it seemed to burn. Her heart raced, mind following suit with so many different emotions that coalesced into something indescribably thrilling. What was this feeling...?

When she landed on a circular platform, everything on her body was gone, replaced by something akin to her dancer's dress made of silvery rime. A music echoed through the frozen chamber, humming through her scales.

Her sight sharpened to a vague figure of ice crystals and mist that began to playfully dance, and her body moved on its own to join them. Her bare feet touched the floor, warm as a spring day despite the bitter air. She leaped and twirled with the figure, feeling not a care in the world. She heard the soft, melodic howl of a wolf. What was stress? What was fear?

She looked up at the two moons of Reverein that appeared overhead and raised an arm. One was beautiful and full, the other a soft and strange violet, a new friend for the celestial body. It would never be lonely again, powered by the dreamotion of the strange walkers brought in from myriad worlds. She would protect it. She would utterly destroy any adversaries of the dreams of so many others. And of her own.

Madhuri heard the clash of blades and bursts of magic, but they were so distant, so muted as she was lost in her dance. She was too happy to care, she needed to celebrate! But she did see a strange, shrouded figure at the very edge of the dance floor. It didn't seem malevolent... not like the other shadows she'd seen. It was shy!

She reached out and pulled the figure into the bright moonlight. It was G'raha Tia, dressed like a gleaner and bearing some odd contraption on his back. He wasn't dressed for the occasion! Upon pulling him in for a kiss, she pulled away to see a new outfit on him, something formal but the color was always shifting, long coat flaring behind him.

They linked hands and proceeded to dance and laugh together, multicolored blooms sprouting among the cold of the platform, along the rafters and walls of the chamber...
