[The handwriting is very elegant, almost practiced.]
What do humans use to treat headaches? Aside from your medicines. [He doubts they'll work for him, honestly.] Are there ways to determine what is causing them without going to see a doctor? When should someone be worried about how often they seem to have headaches?
[He's never had headaches before, and he has no idea what to do about them? But he's not going to tell anyone that directly.]

her handwriting is also very elegant.]
I've heard various herbal teas and things of that nature help with headaches. Stress may be a factor as well.
no subject
Where did you hear that?
no subject
While walking among the people of Inazuma, of course. The Traveler has encouraged me to get to know my people again.
Even before the Cataclysm, there were such things as headaches as well.
[meaning she knew vaguely of human ailments before she locked herself in her room for 500 years--]

She is concerned for him, of course. The way the message is worded doesn't clarify who's the one suffering from the headaches, but it's not difficult to determine that he's asking for himself. He is seldom honest in his words, after all.
So Nahida peeks her head into his room with a concerned expression. ]
Are you alright?
no subject
But it's Nahida, and she knows better, and Wanderer knows she knows better. He sighs.]
Headaches on and off for a few weeks now. Nothing to worry about.
no subject
She stands at the door still, as he's made no indication that he wants to let her into the room. ]
Recurring headaches are signs that one's body gives when it is stressed by various factors.
[ And since this is the Wanderer they're talking about, whose body is not composed in the same way as humans and for whom headaches should not be an occurrence, it's even more worrying that he's experiencing such things.
But would he tell her what might be going on in his life that could be causing the headaches? She's not sure. ]
I would like to help you if it's within my capability.

I hope you feel better soon!

I didn't say it was on my behalf. It's doubtful there's anyone else like the person in question, though. Unless you happen to know of more hyper-realistic humanoid puppets?
no subject
...I do, kind of, but I don't know if they're, um, still around. Or, around here. Or hyper-realistic enough to be worth comparing to your friend.
[Spamton G. Spamton is not the most sensible of the creatures Ralsei met in his original world, either in his body or behavior. Ralsei's not really sure that he's ever met anyone quite like him. And that's... probably for the best.]
Um, that said, maybe try oiling their joints? I don't know if they're realistic enough that that wouldn't help, but that's part of what keeps things that move in working order.

If they're just occasional, I don't think you have to worry too much, but if they're happening frequently, seeing a doctor or a healer of some kind might not be a bad idea.

[He knew that. It's not that kind of ache.]
If that's the case, have you been taking care of yourself? Are you getting enough sleep? Enough to eat? Enough to drink? Water, I mean.
