Anybody want some mirrors? After the crap with them during Halloween and the Ice Queen's place, I don't want them in the house anymore. I'll swap ya for building materials or help building my shrine.

Sure do! This place came with all manner of mirrors - hence my desire to get rid of them asap.

Good. My place has limited space and I'd prefer not to clutter it up with anything too large and unwieldy.

No problem. It's a nice little one that's suitable for a hallway or such.

That would do nicely. Now, what kind of hides or pelts would you prefer?

I guess that would depend on what you're offering. I'm not very familiar with the animals here, but I know rabbit tends be soft, if you have that. Or something in white?

I do have something of a similar quality to rabbit fur. Unfortunately nothing in white, though.

That's a shame. But whatever you've got that's similar will do!

The ones I have in mind is a rather light cream color and very soft, perfect material to make a pair of gloves out of.

Ooh, cream is a good color, too! I'll definitely take it in that case. It sounds like it'd make for nice presents.

Then I'll set them aside for you. When and where would you wish to meet to exchange our goods? I spend much time in my encampment in the Wildlands, but I make regular trips into town as well if you'd rather meet there?

Either works for me. I'd just have to teleport a few times to carry them all with me.

How come you reside in the Wildlands? I thought there wasn't much out there.

Then if it's not too much of an impossition might you come by my encampment to do the trade?

Oh. I just don't feel too comfortable in cities anymore. I'd grown so used to spending most my time out on patrol before coming here that it felt a bit unnatural not to take up residence in a wilder sort of place.

Ah, that makes sense. I kinda know how you feel. I don't do so great in crowds myself sometimes.

It does take a while to get used to such things again when you've been so long without them. But I quite like my place here in the Wildlands, it is not much but it has started to feel somewhat like home to me.

That it does. Though thankfully not as long as you've gone without, in my experience, anyway. That's one nice aspect about this dream world - there seems to be a place for everybody.

I'd say it would depend on the circumstances, mostly. This world does have it's perks, I'll admit. Though I am still not entirely pleased at being brought here without my say-so.

Yeah, I feel you there. I ended up leaving someone behind and I worry about him while I'm here. And there's some unfinished business waiting for me back home.

For me it's more the principle of the matter. I'm afraid my buisness is quite finished back home, but that doesn't mean I'm some puppet that can be jerked around hither and yonder as if I have no mind of my own about these things.

Fair point. It's somewhat demeaning and insulting to be forced into some dreamworld without asking permission. Now I have to wonder who or what did it. And how.

It is. I've also had experience before of having my freedom taken from me, and so I am loath to give up even such a small part of it as this might seem to some. I am hopeful that it is simply some sort of natural occurence rather than a sentient will, I've had my fill of dealing with higher powers.

Huh, damn, really? In that case I can see why you'd prefer it to be a natural phenomenon or such. Though if you're tired of dealing with "higher powers" I guess it doesn't help that I'm a god, huh?

It would completely depend on what kind of god you are. From how our conversation have gone you're quite unlike the higher powers I'm used to, so I can't say I particularly mind dealing with you.
