[Sorry, he's not going to put his "name" to something like this. It's awkward, and given that his "name" right now is just "Nameless Wanderer", he's pretty sure attaching it to this post would get people asking questions that aren't any of their business.]

Do you like your name? What does it mean? Who gave it to you? Would you change it if you could, and if you would what would it be?

I'm doing some research on names and why humans get so attached to them or don't.

I am not sure why she named me that in particular but when we die- we loose all memories of our past including our names. Unfortunately, I can't think too much about it or I risk endangering myself. I can only talk about this in the most clinical way. If you wish to know more please speak to Yato.

From the world that Yato, Hiyori and I come from Gods have the ability to take stray souls and give them a posthumous name that grants the soul a new name, form and ability.

As a shinki our purpose is to serve our god to our best ability and that includes not allowing ourselves to fall into negative emotions and thoughts. If shinki think too negative then it risks us being Corrupted and transformed into Karma Ayakashi or demons in simplistic terms. I am risking transforming even going into such details with you right now.
