A few days ago, a coward led some people uninvolved in the situation to confront me in the forest, despite being aware of how dangerous that was. I would like to take this moment to apologize to those that I've caused harm to. It was not my intent and that outburst won't happen again.

[He can add two and two together. The question is intended to confirm the facts, but if it prompts further elaboration Diluc won't argue it. His own impression of the prosecutor has been largely positive, although he's not so naive as to believe that he understands the depths of the man's character after one meeting... no matter how unintentionally personal it ended up being.]

If nothing else, I'll take this as a warning to watch my own emotions.

That's all he's willing to divulge, especially over a written record. Diluc isn't eager to get into the ways in which enchanted tea brought them closer together than they otherwise might have.]

If you'd like. It'll be a learning experience for me.

All right. We can meet at the outskirts of the farmlands, where it meets the forest. There's an old water wheel at the location with a stream. [Somewhere not where all the flames and chaos occurred a few days ago, basically.]

I'll let you know in the next few days. I'm still recovering from a fever at the moment. [Unfortunately the day won't come anytime soon, because that fever never goes away and gets worse.]
