okay so im really exited about this

but in a week itll be my first birthday!!!

i think... because time is weird...... but i know it was the first day of the sixth month when nina found me in the desert so since its going to be the first day of the sixth month here in a week im going to call that my birthday

so im going to hold a fishing tournament and whoever gets the biggest fish wins a prize and the runners up get special lures

and afterwards were going to fry all the fish and have a big dinner for everyone so even if you dont want to fish youre invitied to come have food you dont even have to know me i still want to meet you

also if you dont know how to fish im going to have spare fishing rods and i can teach you!! its easy! as long as you can be careful and not hook yourself you can fish

ill see you all there!!! were going to meet on the north side of the river near the theater house for prizes but you can fish anywhere as long as its a fish you caught that day

Some moron "dreamed of" a big fish, and he and his dumb partner actually caught it. We got stuck with second place.

nope im a dragon or half of one at least

my summoning was messed up and i got split into two people

and if i were to have my other half nearby one of us would be absorbed into the other so id rather not

i dont think hes evil

i think hes probably hurting

but i guess were kind of opposite twins

"Yin yang" means opposites, like good and evil, two sides of the same coin, that sort of stuff. And you and Dragon Boy seem to fit the bill.

Wait, which half is the dragon part? Or are you both? Where does the summoning come in?

I haven't really lived near any bodies of water to fish. Might as well give it a go here now that I am.

oh its a lot of fun

um i like reading even though im not very good at it and im trying to learn how to write better

were both dragons

dragons in my world are basically the same as gods in other worlds

people summon us for big things like creating things or in this case to stop a big war except they didnt do it right because they made up their own version of the ritual

so they got half of the dragon they wanted but he wasnt complete so he fell asleep for hundreds of years

and then i showed up

So, who was "Nina"? Just happened to be in the desert, or did she know the guy who MacGyver'd the ritual?

It is, is it? Usually, I let myself get wrapped up in my other hobbies. Didn't have time for fishing or reading. From what I can tell, you're writing just fine, kid.

ive been practiciing every day and my friend joshua has been helping me with it too

i still have trouble with remembering all of the rules but at least people understand what im writing

ive been told that before yeah

im pretty lucky that they found me - nina and cray (her friend) because if they hadnt i dont know what id have done

they taught me about everything about reading about writing about money about navigating a town

even about clothes

Kay, so I won't go and tell you to learn different languages other than English. Each language has its own set of rules. I'm not fluent in all the languages, but I do also know Italian, Russian, Spanish, German, Japanese, and Mandarin Chinese.

You learn fast. I've been doing this for eleven and some classmates can't read, write, or navigate themselves out of a paper bag.

And don't get me started on how they wear their clothes.

i didnt even know that you were supposed to wear clothes at all

but people get upset if you dont so i wear them
