Hey there! You can just call me Alphen. I've already encountered many warriors and seasoned soldiers. We have strong fighters here.

I'm interested in seeing weaponry or combat gear. There are some really neat swords with intriguing designs. Still, I know that a weapon can be lethal all the same. So I've been meaning to ask a question as well.

For what reason would you fight?

I fight to protect my friends. I want to use my strength for the right reasons.

Granted, all I know how to do is wield a sword. I'd be more than glad to put those skills to use. I'm willing to spar and exchange combat moves with someone. Maybe we can learn with one another. I can't exactly let my blade rust when seriously powerful beasts could attack at any moment.

I'd only use it when it's necessary. That way it's safer for everyone including myself.

It depends. If there's a threat we need to beat then I'm willing to unsheath the Blazing Sword.

Still, I'd need Shionne there and she has to give me permission to use it. So it's not that simple.

Right you mentioned her before... Why does she need to be there? Share powers? Or do you do something like armatization and combine?

If she wasn't there I'd be long gone and dead. That's why she needs to be there.

What the hell is armatization?

But armatization is some new thing the Exorcists do with the malakhim, or spirits in my world. Using the spirit's power, they fuse together to become stronger and more powerful, wielding the spirit's power as their own.
