hey guys! i'm sora! i've been hanging out in this world for about five months now!

i wanted to asked everyone something that might help me figure out what i'm looking for. i wanted to ask what you think a heart is made out of.

and i don't mean your heart that makes your body work. i mean your heart. the thing inside of you that makes you who you are. that makes you happy or feel great. that makes you angry or cry. the heart inside of you that makes you part of everything around you or makes you see the light or darkness in your world.

i guess some people would call those souls? but i've always known them as hearts!

i wanna know what you think makes you, you. what your heart says about you! and how you think it got there.

wow! but most people the ability to grow a golden core, then? how do you tell if you're not sure what your spiritual energy is? even with a small core can you do stuff like spells? your brothers must be amazing!

i've heard of a few things that sound like this! it really does sound like something special.

[He almost wishes it was what Sora was looking for. A way to give a soul to someone else or to help someone grow one. A golden core isn't a soul though...]

Something like that. People have more potential to make theirs stronger than others, with time. I guess it's easiest to say for those who do have golden cores, some have more potential to grow larger than others.

It's all quite complicated and circumstantial. If anything, one of my brothers would probably be better at explaining than I could be. They have much more experience with spiritual knowledge than I do.

It's something that is possible, let's say. ❰ which, this being an open entry for others to read, is much safer to say than that she knows someone in such a predicament. ❱

heh, sorry i know i'm asking a ton of questions too but i really do like hearing about this stuff. thanks for telling me and i bet your core is just as awesome. i wish there was a way to see if i could grow a golden core!

it's just there's someone who i know that doesn't really have a core himself at all. no heart, in other words. and i've just been trying to see if there's any other worlds where he could get his own. or anyone here that could help him.

[It's best for Sora to be honest especially when people are being so giving and honest with him. A core seems like such a powerful and special thing. Big or small.]

No, if anything I'm sorry that I can't be more absolute in my example of these things. Not that it's possible to truly use our previous gifts here, but speaking with either of my brothers would give you much more interesting insight into things like this based on knowledge alone — Wei Wuxian and Jiang Cheng are both here, and I'm sure they wouldn't mind (perhaps Wei Wuxian more than Jiang Cheng, but in any case).

In regards to the person you know, I'm sorry for them. Is it a situation in which a person's heart is different from their true essence as a person? If I was to differentiate things like having a core and having a soul, everyone must have the latter...I can't imagine someone not.

If we were where I am from, perhaps it would be possible under the right circumstances...but here, I can't think of any way to simply create what feels like it may be so inherent to most.

okay, if i can find your brothers i'll ask them what they know too and maybe they can give me a hand up. i'd really appreciate it and thanks for telling me about them!

yeah, that's where it get tricky for me too. there's parts of him that really show that he is his own person. he's got his own feelings and thought and how he feels about things. but then there's sometimes stuff that he's just missing. a part of his light, i guess you could say. or like he's still not whole. it's kind of hard to explain.

i just don't want him to give up until i can kind anything that might be able to help out with it.
