okay so i've been here a while now and i've noticed something

i don't know the exact process of how the gods or people or whatever here pick people to help out

i don't know if it's completely random or an intricate process to determine who helps out but lately i've been leaning towards the latter for two reasons

one, i haven't met a single jerk or bully or even rude person here which is legit amazing and awesome BUT

IS IT JUST MY IMAGINATION OR IS EVERYONE HERE LIKE INSANELY RIDICIOUSLY GOOD LOOKING

ALL THE ADULTS COULD BE SUPER-MODELS AND ALL THE KIDS COULD BE LIKE THOSE ON HIGH SCHOOL DRAMAS ON TV

i mean this is doing wonders for my own self-confidence regarding my looks but FOR REAL I CANNOT BE THE ONLY ONE TO NOTICE THIS

PLEASE TELL ME SOMEONE ELSE HAS NOTICED THIS

Or perhaps you might consider that your standards may be considerably more lenient than others' when it comes to aesthetics and conduct. I suspect this observation of yours is entirely subjective - and therefore coincidental.

As for gods specifically (or whatever forces are at work here), I assure you that their decision-making processes aren't nearly so complex as you might otherwise believe.

Are aesthetics truly so important? I would think one would be more concerned about a person's motives and trustworthiness than whether or not they are physically pleasing to the naked eye.

In my own personal opinion, if there are indeed sentient beings at work behind the scenes, I do predict there is some level of intention behind their actions, yet it need not be so complex. In the case of what you call "gods", they would generally favor those with exceptionally strong faith, those whose values and beliefs match their own, or those who could be easily molded and tempered into their service as a devoted follower.
