journal 🌸 dreamotion training!
Hello everyone! Hilda here. ♥
After all of the craziness with the dream thing from last month and everything, I was wondering if there are other people who were surprised to find their dreamotion abilities kind of... lacking.
[Someone slacked off a bit too much, she's realizing!]
Would people be interested in getting together and practicing? I'm not thinking anything violent like fighting. Maybe we could create something cute and practical or something.
Those of you who are in, let me know.

[ TBH, all magic is challenging for Zelda. She would rather ignore magic altogether, but it seems like that won't be possible in Songerein. ]

[Even back home, Hilda's not the most magically talented. Couple that with her lack of effort up until now, and... yeah.]
But the more the merrier! We can figure it out together. ♥

[Really, he's kidding— the more people in on something like this, the better, but the need to practice has been on his mind, too.]
I'd like to learn how to put mine to good use, too. Feels like a real waste if we don't, and I don't know that I was much good in that dreamshift without it. I'm always good for hitting things, but might need more than that.

[She's also kidding! They're just Like This.]
I think it'll be good for both of us to practice. You could depend on your fists a bit less, and I could afford to fight a bit more glamorously.

Fighting is practical, but this is intended to be more of a 'let's figure out how it works' with low stakes. I don't want to fight people if I don't have to.

Gotta ask though, what exactly do you mean by cute and practical? Shouldn't learning to control it be the first step?
[She's just curious!]

[Give her a few minutes to think through her answer.]
I guess what I mean is we can practice our dreamotion abilities by using them to create things? Not anything huge, but as a baby step in trying to control the energy we do have. Does that make sense?
I didn't really think about ways of using it that aren't making things. I guess we should probably have a plan for people who want to do that, huh?

Hello,
I have only just arrived here, but I would be interested to learn more about these dreamotion abilities as well! So far I have not discovered anything beyond the magic I can already use, but it seems like dreamotion magic relies a lot more on emotions... I almost accidentally made some flowers wilt away because I was upset.
But I definitely think I can make something cute and practical with plenty of practice!

Hey there! Welcome to Reverein. It's a nice place most of the time.
I'd love to see you at whatever we get together. It won't do to wilt flowers accidentally--we need to learn to make them beautiful and healthy. ♥ We can practice together.
