Hi, I'm Jason. I'm new and had some questions.

I heard living arrangements here are kind of a free for all. How do people find themselves a place? I get that it's all just up for grabs, but do how do you know which are actually available? Do you just knock on doors or try to open them randomly? I'm kinda worried about just barging in on someone. Has anyone accidentally walked in on someone that forgot to lock up?

And what's the longest anyone's been here? My friend Leo said he knows someone who's been here for more than a year.

I don't know how much Percy and Leo have mentioned. We're demigods.

i know leo told me that his dad is Haphesty or something and that his grandpa is Zeus and his friend is also related to him somehow but i don't know how it was kinda confusing

and percy keeps talking about he can swim forever but he didn't say he was a demigod!

[Sorta. But this guy seems confused as it is, so Jason probably doesn't need to get into the specifics of Greek vs Roman forms of gods.]

Leo told me Hercules did some pretty awful things but I dunno how I can believe that. He's one of the nicest people I've ever met.
