Journal – Potion Brewing
Sender: [ Sent anonymously, though the handwriting may be recognized. ]
To: Dreamwalkers
Subject: The Dreamshift
[ On the heels of the Eraser alert comes another announcement over the journals. This one in neat, terse handwriting, quick and to the point. ]
During our recent dreamshift, I investigated the hut alongside others and discovered what seems to be a potion to combat Erasers. I intend to try to recreate it.
I have an idea as to the ingredients, and I’ve brought back samples, but I don’t know the exact process. I will be inquiring at the new apothecary if they can assist me.
If you've found anything which might be of use, please report in.

[ Tagging around is encouraged; Tenn will chime in where he finds things relevant.
With recently discovered enemies in the area, he’s a bit cautious about revealing his identity. But if you'd rather talk with him/bring him something in person, Tenn can be found doing exactly as he said: leaving his house to visit the Witch's Brew apothecary. He's human again, though his voice, hair and eye color are a perfect match to his previous dreamshift form. (... And there are some Spice Noodles eagerly trailing behind him. So much for subtly?) ]

That could explain why the golems were attacking the dreamshift town last month.

It's hard not knowing how many parties are involved, what their goals are... and whether or not they followed us back here.

It could be possible that maybe (and this is currently a thought for now) the Eraser could have gotten the spell (even in pieces) after the original writer tried to stop them in their tracks and did make those golems to attack everyone in the dreamshift while in disguise.
Now I’m starting to wonder on how would the golems behave depending on who created them in the first place.

How odd. There is a Sugar Plum Fairy in the Nutcracker – it's a popular ballet where I’m from. But I don’t recall her ever being referred to as a beast.

To be fair, some of the several stories in the Realm do combine with other stories by the time they get restored as the Nutcracker merged with Beauty and the Beast. The Sugar Plum Fairy in this version functions as a mother figure to the Beast, trying to help him in breaking the curse.

I read that the Storyteller’s intent was to restore stories, and the Story Eater sought to tear them apart. Is this sort of blending a result of that war, or is the Storyteller seeking to merge the tales together?
