aight i know everyones all down about what happened coupla weeks ago and i dont blame ya
all sorts of shit was going on
but i aint seen no one hyped about what happened either
we just gave the story eater a FREAKING beatdown yo!
i dunno about yall but thats gotta be worth celebrating right?

so i was thinking about how we can do that and i been looking at this big ass wall around the markets
its like a huge canvas cause there aint nothing on it so we can totally do something with that
like write or draw or paint something to remember that we kicked that story eaters ass big time!

yea that sounds like a good idea right?
imma bring the paint sprays brushes and all sorts of stuff so we can do that
yall just gotta get your ass there and show up

[Then there's a quick pause before Beat comes back to messily scrawl something at the bottom of the page.]

friday! we doing this this friday
imma make a huge sign so no one misses it!

Beat! I think this is a fantastic idea! Something that can bring the whole town together.

As long as the businesses around there are okay with it, that is.

[They can certainly use it, that's for sure, after everything that happened... Beat really does have his moments.]

aint no one in the building of the wall im thinking of so we in the clear there

got a better idea for the memorial i got planned tho

i mean it aint gonna be anything big aight
just a coupla flowers for em
i know patch liked roses
and loops told me the story about ribbons lilies

His embarrassment is practically bleeding onto the page through his writing, and while it is tempting to tease him a little, she'll refrain from doing so. For now. Maybe.]

The stargazer lilies, huh? I can grow them if you want one for reference. Did Susato tell you what they meant too?

about them being a gift from lovers right?

Yeah.

[Not that it has bearing on anything, but... it has a nice meaning. Also...]

They symbolize reunion, most of all. So, I think it's only fitting that they go on the mural. It wouldn't hurt to hope that someday, they might all come back.
