[The Story Eater has been vanquished and most of the elements it summoned have disappeared. But caches of Malice that appeared during the event have stubbornly remained around Reverein. Link isn't much of a journal post person, but he decides to say something anyway.

Yes. I thought it would disappear when the Story Eater did. [Alas, no such luck.]
I wish I could say "no," but I can't.

Any way that we can help get rid of it before it kills someone?

Any sealing power? Ability to dispel or remove negative energy?

What about the power to absorb it?

Exactly how it sounds. If someone could absorb the dark magic into themselves or whatever it is that's keeping it around, think it'll go away?

It...probably depends on what happens to the magic. Does it get digested? Do they use the magic...? It's dangerous if it remains, but if it's destroyed, that should be fine.

I don't think it'll get destroyed. More like consumed. Taken into oneself instead. But if the person's got an affinity for it, then it shouldn't be an issue.
