I don't think Eru would have relations with, well... anyone, now that I think of it. But, one of the fallen Maiar might have. Ugh! What a disgusting contemplation... but at least whatever coupling brought them forth at least caused them to be less powerful than their mother.

Werewolves are disgusting things. Unnatural. A fell spirit bound into the flesh of an animal, changing it into something vile and terrible.

No? They have been as they are ever since they were bound to a wolves flesh, it's not something that is transmitable in that way.

usually at home the stories go that its contagious
biting and scratching will turn someone else into a werewolf

The only thing you risk from being bitten or scratched from a werewolf in my own world is a very serious infection.

More fell spirits can always be bound to more wolves at any time. Though I would not mind if they were to go extinct anyways.

They are both creepy and disgusting, so trust me when I say that you don't truly want to see one of them. Like all other creatures of Morgoth they look... wrong in a very visceral way.
