I was wondering...

There are so many people here from a lot of different places, aren't there? Are there any holidays that are important to others? Or - maybe even just dates that are precious for any reason!

I thought it would be fun to share. And... maybe even celebrate those special days here. At least-- it could help us feel a little closer to home...

I'm told I'm something of a terror involving what they call 'Christmas' and 'Valentine's' here.

I can fully attest to this.

A... terror...? Uhm... Why would that be....?

Well, not a literal terror, I'd suppose! It's more that I greatly enjoy it and my enthusiasm gets on some folk's nerves.

But, that isn't a bad thing at all! Holidays are a special time. I think that... when one person is excited for them, it can help make others feel the same way, too.

That's precisely how I go about it! I was greeted by friendly strangers one year when I was very little, and they shared stories and exchanged gifts to myself and the other children of the Steppe. It inspired me to do the same once I was all grown up.

I think that's wonderful. If they inspired you to greet others like you are now, then... I bet you'll do the same for others, too!
