Hi everyone! :3 My name is Meilin Lee, but you can call me Mei! \o/ Nice to meet you!
So I've been here for like a month (wow!) and I've noticed one super huge important thing this place is missing.
SCHOOL.
Okay so hear me out : I know school isn't like FUN fun for everyone, but! Look at how many posts with people asking to be taught things or offering to teach people things? Plus, us newbies still need to know how to work all this dream energy emotion stuff, and it'd kinda be nicer to do it in a classroom setting instead of when I'm running for my life from a noctare.
Plus, what if when we wake up our minds are all tired and goopy from lack of knowledge? We gotta keep our brains energized!
Here's what we need for a good school -
A building with lots of room
Desks
Lockers
Chalkboards + chalk
Bookshelves
Teachers
There's probably a bunch of other stuff too but this is a work in progress! We should all work together on ideas to make this happen! I know we like a lot of money for it (and I still think it is SUPER WEIRD that dreams need money???) but maybe if we all pitch in a little at a time it'll all come together!
I'm open to any and all ideas!!!! I hope you all have a great day!!!! :DDD

You can count on me to do what I can to help.
[ There's a pause as she's looking over what they're both written. She hasn't really considered money as a serious probably in a while, with most of the items she needs for everyday life available via simple bartering.
For the sake of knowledge, though? Whatever it takes. ]

That is, if you're eager to get started.

It's not a bad idea, though. But it's been a while since I was in school so I've got nothing.

[ He's teasing, but only about the break thing. Back home, school is a responsibility, although he absolutely doesn't mind it. This world just happens to be a bit more fun. ]
Anyway, I'll help however I can. My strengths would lie in assisting if we need to actually erect a new building, but otherwise I'd love to volunteer as a teacher. I can donate some books about the local flora and fauna here, too.
[ They're handwritten by himself, but they're detailed and come with fairly okay sketches. ]

All of that would be fantastic! I wanna study everything about this place too, so all your big brain knowledge would be great!

no one is gunna make you go or anything
but it might be a bummer to miss out, since so many people are gunna do it
might make a person feel left out
big shame if that happened

[Roxas doesn't mean it in a mean way, but out of genuine curiousity. Technically, he's never been to school; he knows OF school, and has memories of school (both from Sora and the fake memories from his time in that alternate Twilight Town), but in terms of actually, personally going? He's never been. And he's a little curious, especially with how everyone had talked about it.]

I'd say it reminds me of my own school days, but I wasn't nearly as invested.
[He always preferred the company more than the work.]
That said, I do have a couple of questions, if you will indulge me.
One: what significance do lockers have with regards to education? I assume a difference in cultures is at play, but I am curious nonetheless.
Two: why does your "emoticon" (I think that's the correct word for it, anyroad) have multiple mouths?
no subject
And more mouths means it's a super BIG smile! Like :DDDD means WOW I'M HAPPY!!!
