Hi everyone! :3 My name is Meilin Lee, but you can call me Mei! \o/ Nice to meet you!

So I've been here for like a month (wow!) and I've noticed one super huge important thing this place is missing.

SCHOOL.

Okay so hear me out : I know school isn't like FUN fun for everyone, but! Look at how many posts with people asking to be taught things or offering to teach people things? Plus, us newbies still need to know how to work all this dream energy emotion stuff, and it'd kinda be nicer to do it in a classroom setting instead of when I'm running for my life from a noctare.

Plus, what if when we wake up our minds are all tired and goopy from lack of knowledge? We gotta keep our brains energized!

Here's what we need for a good school -
A building with lots of room
Desks
Lockers
Chalkboards + chalk
Bookshelves
Teachers

There's probably a bunch of other stuff too but this is a work in progress! We should all work together on ideas to make this happen! I know we like a lot of money for it (and I still think it is SUPER WEIRD that dreams need money???) but maybe if we all pitch in a little at a time it'll all come together!

I'm open to any and all ideas!!!! I hope you all have a great day!!!! :DDD

Mei, I'm on break from school while I'm here. Why would you bring it up?

[ He's teasing, but only about the break thing. Back home, school is a responsibility, although he absolutely doesn't mind it. This world just happens to be a bit more fun. ]

Anyway, I'll help however I can. My strengths would lie in assisting if we need to actually erect a new building, but otherwise I'd love to volunteer as a teacher. I can donate some books about the local flora and fauna here, too.

I was wondering about if there was a school when I arrived here too! I wasn't sure if there was one. I guess it's just. Habit? To go? To have lessons. It would be strange to be at school somewhere else. Without my friends. But. I would still want to try. It would be more useful to gather everyone newer that wants to learn this world's magic for example. I'm not sure what I could do to help exactly but.

Technically, he's never been to school; he knows OF school, and has memories of school (both from Sora and the fake memories from his time in that alternate Twilight Town), but in terms of actually, personally going? He's never been. And he's a little curious, especially with how everyone had talked about it.]

Of course it is! Not only does it help you learn all you need to know, it helps you decide what you'll do in your life, and improve your talents, and make all kinds of friends!

Of course I am! School's an important part of my life - of everyone's life back home! And I think it'd give us all a sense of normalcy when things get even more weird around here.

Well, well, isn't this a pleasant surprise? 'Tis always heartening to see the young take pride in their continuing education.

I'd say it reminds me of my own school days, but I wasn't nearly as invested.

That said, I do have a couple of questions, if you will indulge me.

One: what significance do lockers have with regards to education? I assume a difference in cultures is at play, but I am curious nonetheless.

Two: why does your "emoticon" (I think that's the correct word for it, anyroad) have multiple mouths?

Lockers are used to keep your books and lunch and other stuff so you don't have to carry everything between classes!

And more mouths means it's a super BIG smile! Like :DDDD means WOW I'M HAPPY!!!
