[The message will come across the journals in the morning of the 11th, and before Tifa already begins writing, there will be inky, smudged, and noticeably small paw prints decorating the corners of the page.]

Hey Reverein. Tifa here! Eustace and I have another announcement to make. Two this time, actually.

First, some of you might already know this, but I've been wanting to open up my own place here in town. Been something of a goal of mine for a while, and now that the wedding's over, Eustace and I have been working on making it a reality.

Next month, we'll be opening up a bar and café just off the main plaza, and I'll be serving drinks, coffees, and food, but this isn't just going to be any café. Our plan is to turn this into a sanctuary for stray animals around town that might need a home, some food, or someplace to keep warm. Everyone will be free to meet the animals, and who knows... Maybe one of them will catch your love and attention, and they can find a more permanent, stable home.

Or, if you just like animals, feel free to come play and spend some time with them.

Look for a notice in your journals around this time next month! Hoping to have a grand opening when the time comes and see you all there, so be sure to stop by the Starflower Sanctuary and Café when we do!

We had no idea either until Rhonwen started showing signs a few weeks ago.

As to their health, so far they are healthy but I will be keeping an eye on them.

Now that’s great to hear. Ensuring that the puppies’ health will stay consistently strong is an important thing to do considering that they’re still young at the moment.

Also I do think that it is a great idea to set up a place for the stray animals. I think that my little cousin would have a blast talking to them in the animal sanctuary.

Yes yes he does. It is the ability that he has gained from the magic that has protected my family decades ago. And it does fit him well since he also loves animals a lot.

I see. I'm only able to understand the dogs here through dreamotion.

You can understand the dogs through dreamotion? That does sound like a pretty handy ability. I happen to have a similar ability to communicate with animals through dreamotion as well.

Really? When I was in a different world I had magic to help me understand all animals...however here I've only managed dogs and any animals I'm close to through dreamotion.

Has it been difficult?

Whoa! You have went to another world before and got some magic to understand animals in there? Sounds pretty amazing.

As for me, it wasn’t that ridiculously hard to start off with but I do need to practice everyday so I wouldn’t get too rusty with it over time.

Not by choice, but that is correct. The magic didn't come with me, but I find I prefer this "selective hearing." The insects and birds were most annoying...

Can you hear them clearly or is it only a vague understanding?

Yikes, I didn’t realize that insects and birds can be very annoying to have a talk with. Maybe that could explain why I tend to avoid them sometimes.

I can clearly hear them loud and clear a lot although it can get tricky when some can talk very fast especially if they are nervous or out of habit. I once met a very nervous flower goat and she talked so fast while she was shaking that it took me a while to get to what she is trying to tell me.

The birds were not so bad, but they tended to chatter a lot. Insects were just annoying and impossible to understand.

But what you wrote matches with my own experience in the past.

Oh that is interesting. Guess that we had similar experiences with that in the past. The birds are just fine thought they chatter a lot. I understand now. I might to work on my patience with them.

You're likely to have better luck than I did.

But now I know that if I ever need someone to interpret other animals, I can contact you.

Oh gee, thank you. I will do best to listen to the words from any animal’s mouth and relay them to you whenever you need some help.

In that case... I know you have the flower shop. But if you ever hear word of an injured animal, let me know. Another purpose of café is to shelter animals, even if they may return to live on their own.

Sounds good to me. I will bring them into the sanctuary if ever I find any who needs some help to recover and find a place to stay in.
