But even when I was alive, my family wasn't big on the whole 'celebrating' front.

Stopped counting my age after I permanently moved in down stairs. Birthdays don't really hold weight once ya dead. And you sure as hell don't celebrate your Deathday.

Except maybe drinking to forget.

It's been so long since I was alive, I'm not even sure when my birthday would be now. So you must still remember it for a reason! You could be grateful for being born even after you've died.

I'm glad that you do! I seem to have the powers I had when I was alive as well, but I know there are some interesting possibilities here. Honestly just being able to walk around and be heard when I talk is something I never dreamed I could do again. I'd happily take this over getting some cool new ability!
