so what if like my friend ate a lot of glitter? like a lot of glitter. people don't die from stuff like that do they?

You might want to warn your "friend" not to eat whatever catches their interest. I would hate to come across news of someone passing away from eating fruit shaped soaps or very pretty looking rocks.
